She has a range of successful experiences over 15 years, assuming different leading roles in fostering entrepreneurship, managing business, partner / customer management and transformation projects, across various industries.Working with matrix organisations in the VUCA environment and implementing initiatives in the corporate world and now in not-for-profit organisation, has given her a balanced / 360 degrees view towards approaching and driving strategies & programs that are fit for the future, has catalytic influence and adding value to people/process/partners.
Subsequent to global roles in India and the UK (Vodafone, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group and TiE), she is now committed to work in the local startup ecosystem and strongly believes that the best way to predict the future is to create it !
